SAUDI ARABIA
SAUDI ARABIASAUDI ARABIA
First of all it is necessary to say that even to get to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a very complicated matter.
Allocation of a visa lasts endlessly long and it is issued virtually only for business trips,  there cannot be any
customs stamps of „improper“ countries in your passport, so you better have a clear passport, no alcohol with you, no
drugs, no religious literature other than Koran. Any breach of the above mentioned issues is punished here by death. You
will not meet virtually any tourists here and the local inhabitants do not enjoy diving. So diving bases are very scarce
here. Al Ahlam Divers was founded with permission and support of the Saudi-Arabian prince  and it is equipped really
well and in a modern way, including two luxury motor yachts. It is led by a hired English professional diver. Customers
are mostly members of crews of flight companies flying to Jeddah, or foreigners working in the oil industry in KSA. You
must not touch anything, all is prepared and checked for you by the Philippines, who accompany you on every step. Diving
is done only from ships far from the mainland, after passing through several thorough military checks. But you will be
awarded by an absolute undersea PARADISE. This side of the Red Sea is virginally pure, untouched, full of thousands of
animals, dolphins, sharks, huge stingrays and crayfishes, which are also served  for lunch directly from the sea here.
